I will always give 5 stars to a hotel (especially a small one) that accommodates smokers; most hotels nowadays only care about the comfort of their non-smoking patrons, which is terrible. However, the front desk needs more staff. I had to stand around while simply trying to leave & return my key card because their one employee was on the phone making a reservation with an apparently long-winded customer.

I have stayed here 3 separate times now and in 3 different rooms and every time the rooms were nasty. I book through Expedia and they have the lowest rates so that's why I kept going here but after this last stay I'm done. You literally need to bring a broom, mop, vacuum, sanitizer, towels and wash rags with you if you want a clean room. Hair is everywhere, on the floors, sheets, pillows, even the shower! They are pet friendly but that's no excuse, the rooms should be cleaned properly before renting them out again. The comforter on my bed had dirt and hair on the end of it as if it was thrown on the floor while the sheets were changed and then just thrown back on. I have noticed only one small woman cleaning the rooms each time I was there, I'm sure she's overwhelmed having to try to clean so many rooms alone and that is probably the reason why it is the way it is, underpaid and overworked. The wash rags in the bathroom were stained and there was hair on the towels and the sink countertop had smear marks as if wiped with a dirty rag. I was really pissed when I arrived on my last stay, I had reserved a room with a hot tub 3 days prior and it said my check in was at 6 am. I arrived around 10:20 am and was told someone stayed in the room the previous night and it would be 3 pm before it would be available. I demand my reservation to be cancelled immediately. I was on a tight schedule and didn't have time for the delay. After getting a regular room and seeing how filthy it was it was probably a good thing that I didn't get the room with the hot tub because if it had been dirty I would have been livid. I posted pictures of this last stay here to show what you can expect when you stay here. Hopefully the pics turned out ok so you can see what I'm talking about, you may need to zoom in on some of them. This last room was also a no smoking room but the night stand looked like it had a burn on it from a cigarette and the room didn't smell like a non smoking room. UPDATE: I have stayed a few more times since this review and it has been much better. Keep up the great work

Awesomeness! Absolutely had a blast! Great staff, clean rooms and cold AC and great pool. Also the crowd this place attracts is good clean fun people who are all here to relax and have fun! I left my windows down on truck full of tools for two days and keys on floor and that's the kind of comfort and safety I can deal with! You get a coffee pot, microwave and small fridge and there's no reason to not give this place 5 stars!

Jennifer and the whole staff were super friendly and helpful from booking the room to checkout! Good hot water and heat/ac, soft comfy pillows not useally found in a budget motel.

The workers are amazing. They have great customer service and they help any way they possibly can. The maids do an outstanding job when it comes to room service. And the front desk workers are some of the nicest people I’ve ever experienced at a motel. I definitely recommend this hotel over any in this area.

They people were very nice and understandable and you get a better price paying cash rather than online. That's what was surprising to me but yes I'd recommend this place if your looking for cheap and comfortable and the location is perfect for whatever direction your planning on going

The staff are friendly and helpful, for the most part it’s quiet. This place met my needs for the month while working away from home.

We are locals but we had to leave our home temporarily to have some work done. Most places will not allow pets. I refuse to board mine after a lengthy issue with kennel cough. Finding that I could pay a fee and bring them with me, I was immediately sold! Let's start with the rooms. Ours had a microwave, a fridge, a dining table, and a coffee pot. Not everyone does so that needs to be told. The floors were clean, the bathroom was freshly scrubbed with towels and washcloths in place. The bathroom was a bit small but it was functional. The trash cans were all empty and lined. No complaints. The beds were super comfortable. However!! The sheets were either stained or had not been changed. We didn't catch it until day two of our stay because we checked in exhausted. We didn't even bother to eat dinner, we just went to bed. The next day (afternoon or early evening iirc) when we remembered the issue with the sheets, it was pointless to complain by then. They are pet friendly. I brought my dogs and we met some others with their dogs in the parking lot. The nightly rate is a bit higher than most other local places but it wouldn't put me off staying again. I felt safe, it's close to everything, and the staff were extremely accommodating. Add in being able to bring my animals and I'll pay the extra and simply bring my own sheets and comforter.
